LEGAL EXECUTIVE
Jane qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined Walsh & Partners in 2025. She practices primarily in residential and commercial conveyancing, with particular expertise in advising clients on the First Home Scheme, Affordable Purchase Agreements, and the Help to Buy initiative. Jane represents a broad spectrum of clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned private investors, providing clear, practical, and solution-focused advice at every stage of the process.
In addition to her conveyancing work, Jane has a strong interest in Probate, with experience in will drafting and the administration of estates. She approaches this sensitive area with professionalism, care, and empathy, ensuring clients feel supported and well-guided throughout.
