Solicitor

Angela qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and practised in London working in the largest civil legal aid firm in the UK as well as in the public sector until she joined Walsh and Partners in 2023. Angela specialises in all areas of family law, including divorce, judicial separation, separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, access, custody, maintenance as well as domestic violence. Angela has worked in family law for over 20 years and understands the need for tact and delicacy in family law cases in particular when children are involved and believes in a sensible and practical approach to resolving family law issues. Angela also deals with Enduring Powers of Attorney and is experienced in the new online system to set such instruments up. Angela has experience in dealing with applications under the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act as well as applications for Discharge of Wardship.

Angela also deals with immigration matters, such as naturalisation applications, EU treaty rights, and family reunification matters.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her young family, reading, hiking and travelling.
