Annette O’Sullivan



Annette qualified as a solicitor in 1995. She has extensive experience in all areas of law and worked as a partner in a number of practices in Cork City and she set up her own practice in 2007 in Ballincollig which she was the principal solicitor of for a number of years. She joined Walsh and Partners LLP in April 2022 and she practices in the areas of property law, commercial law, tax planning, probate and wills, family law and civil litigation.

Annette is a skilled negotiator and has acquired an extensive client base over many years. She has acted on a regular basis for first-time buyers in respect of the acquisition and sale of residential properties. She has a particular interest in property and previously ran her own property management company and has acted for many commercial and private clients over the years. Annette has also practiced in commercial law and in particular in respect of the transfer and sale of businesses. Annette was educated in University College Cork and is a Cork native.

Education: University College Cork – BComm, BCL, Law Society Diploma in Property Tax and appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths by the Irish Supreme Court in 2013.

Professional: Admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland.
